We are fine living our own lives
Working hard,
Playing hard,
Eating alone,
Hanging with friends,
Spending time on our favourites past times.
Of course we can only tackle our obstacles on our own, why? Because we are supposed to be tough and strong and not having to rely on others.
Everybody can do that, really.
Or else alot of us would have committed suicide every week.
Still, sometimes
The idea of having somebody standing behind you
Giving you words of reassurance,
Solid support on your decisions,
Sharing happiness and sorrows
Is such a priceless reward
That I still seek.
Even a little SMS greeting,
Could be magic.
Is that really much to ask for?

No, it isn't. But you either go out and find your way or go with the flow. No one else but you can give the answer, our tall pet ^_^
Ditto what wordy said about. Then again, i gave up my hopes on finding that someone. If he happens to fall from the sky and I catch him, then fine. You are still young, handsome and charming, and you can have anyone you want....
Wordy: Thanks for your words. Sometimes I get into these moods. It's either the lousy dampy weather, or it's just the season. I think I get like this also when I've arrived at a juncture.

It's a lousy feeling... I experience it a lot, especially lately. When we have always thought that we are able to survive by ourselves... then a typhoon will come and flatten our world. No matter how independent a person can be... we still need to be loved... the longing to love and feel loved. But then again, in our hectic lives, some choose to go through our lives alone... with the fear that the weight of commitment will sink us.
