I just stumbled onto your blog today. I'm not sure how. I'm feeling a deep sense of pain and loss of purpose in your writing from what I can read. I Hope you can find Peace and Blessing in the Lord? I'm a Christian but I don't push my beliefs on anyone, as I feel nothing pushes people away more than pressure - but I would love for you to understand (or at least consider) the Peace that leads me through my pain (and I have much disturbance in my heart - not all is rosy!!) but I will show that to you in Love by a prayer. I'll pray for your Peace to be found, and that is hopefully the touch of Christ you feel today. Love, prayers and blessings. Please smile today, and look for the blessings in the forest through the trees. :)

Max - I think I understand - but in actuality, you don't really deliver on the title of your blog - you don't give much "insight" into the emptiness that we all feel sometimes, but that's ok. For many of us, this emptiness is especially true around the holiday season. But the good thing about the New Year, is that it signals a time to move on with new hopes and meaning. You have much to give - and you know you added to my holiday by reconnecting again many years and half way around the world! Here's a quote for all - "It's a great life - if you don't weaken!" Focus on the great things, stay strong and keep on writing.
